I lead product design for security workflows, from early customer conversations through implementation with product, engineering, and ML. My work includes how Sublime's Autonomous Security Analyst learns from corrections and the controls analysts need to understand and manage that behavior.
Key Wins:
- Designed the ASA Lesson Store so the system learns from analyst corrections without an approval queue. Lessons apply automatically while staying visible through attribution, audit trails, and human-intervention states
- Built the systems that scale my taste, execution and speed: voice to frame the problem, a way to read support and calls, then live previews the team can comment on
- Focused on high-trust automation: making signals easier to trust and leaving room for human judgment when it matters

Lead design across high-impact internal tools that support ad strategy, brand health, and performance insights at scale. I helped shape Destiny from the ground up, improving budget adherence from 63% to 83%. I also introduced the Continuous Discovery framework, now used across all product suites.
I grew the team from just me to five - also growing and building the design side of the PXM product suite. My focus: creating clarity in the chaos, mentoring with intention, and scaling design systems that actually support the people who use them.
